Hygiene Ready Food Handler

Food safety training for every food handler, built around the training duties in R638.
Every person who handles food in your business must be trained in food safety and hygiene. Hygiene Ready Food Handler gives your team that training on their phones, in English or isiZulu, at their own pace, with a Certificate of Attendance for your training file.
R638 makes the person in charge responsible for training all staff in food safety and hygiene, checking that the training works, and keeping the records. Hygiene Ready Food Handler covers the staff training, and our reports give you the records to show an inspector. Read R638 explained.

Module 8: Food Allergen Awareness teaches staff how to identify the common allergens, check every order, prevent cross-contact and serve safely.
Cleaning and sanitising done properly, every shift: the difference between cleaning and sanitising, safe use of chemicals, cleaning schedules, fridge management, hand washing and personal hygiene, and keeping every surface inspection-ready.
Safe food from delivery to plate: receiving stock, cold chain and dry storage, correct temperatures, stock rotation, labelling, and storing cleaning chemicals away from food. Less waste and safer food in one course.
