Secure card checkout — all major international cards welcome (Instant EFT & SnapScan in South Africa). One payment per delegate.

3 · Learn anywhere

Portal login within one business day. 30 days’ access on phone, tablet or computer — lessons fit a coffee break.

4 · Certify

Pass each module at 70%; your Certificate of Attendance issues in the learner’s name.

Train on the floor

Take your training onto the shift.

Your courses run in any browser — but the free TalentLMS mobile app is where they come into their own. Staff learn between tables, on the bus home, or during a quiet hour before service. Download lessons over Wi-Fi and they stay available offline, so training doesn’t stop when the signal does.

Install the app, then sign in with the same login we send you. Everything syncs automatically — progress made offline updates as soon as you reconnect.

Questions, answered

How do I pay?

Securely online with any major international card (billed in South African Rand — your bank converts automatically at its standard rate). South African buyers can also use Instant EFT or SnapScan. Companies enrolling multiple delegates can request an invoice-based quote.

When do I get access?

Your portal login is emailed within one business day of payment, and your 30-day access period starts from then.

Is the certificate accredited?

You receive a Certificate of Attendance for professional development training, aligned to international hospitality standards and practices. It is not an accredited qualification unless stated on the course page.

I’m outside South Africa — can I enrol?

Absolutely — Hospitrain trains teams worldwide. Courses run in your browser from any country, payment works with all major international cards, and certificates are issued in English. Additional languages are on the roadmap.

What device do I need?

Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser — courses are written to be completed on a phone between shifts. For learning on the floor, install the free TalentLMS mobile app and download lessons over Wi-Fi to use offline.

Can my company enrol a whole team?

Yes — per-delegate pricing with head-office visibility. See For Franchise Groups or request a company quote.

What about my personal information?

Processed per POPIA and our Privacy Policy; learner records are kept for certificate verification.
